Transforming Teams, One Leader at a Time

Our world needs dedicated public servants like you—leaders who care about their communities and teams. Our programs— the Senior Leadership Institute (SEI) and Leading, Educating, and Developing (LEAD)—are residential programs designed for non-elected local government leaders who want to build their leadership capacity. Both offer meaningful, relevant leadership guidance and arm you with tools and strategies to transform your work. Are you ready?

For a sample of our curriculum, use the form below to download your free Leadership & Organizational Assessment today. It can help you decide if your organization is ripe for change and what you need to do next.

SEI is designed for non-elected senior leaders in local government that want to fully prepare their organizations for the future. The two weeks you spend at SEI will allow you to reflect on your personal and professional journey and give you the tools and skills to transform your organizations into inclusive, high-performance teams.

LEAD is designed for those in local government (non-elected) who have supervisory or management roles, or are rising stars, and want to build their leadership capacity. You will gain the foundational concepts and critical thinking necessary to lead from wherever you are.
