The RAFT is currently working in the Historic Triangle of Virginia (James City County, York County, and City of Williamsburg). Implementation in this area will last from October 2025 through September 2026. For information about how to get involved in our implementation efforts in the Historic Triangle, contact Meredith Keppel (mkeppel@virginia.edu).
The RAFT is currently supporting the Rappahannock Indian Tribe and Nansemond Nation in advancing their resilience priorities. To learn more about this work, please contact Sierra Gladfelter (sg6us@virginia.edu).
The RAFT is also actively engaged in Dickenson and Carroll Counties in Southwest Virginia. To learn more about work in this region, please email Ian Baxter (ib7jx@virginia.edu).
