Thank you for your interest. This survey aims to learn more about tobacco use and thoughts about tobacco from Black community members in Mississippi. The survey will help people who work in health care, nonprofits, or those interested in improving health learn about the health needs and wants in your community. Whether you have never smoked, used to smoke, or currently smoke tobacco, we want to hear from you. What we learn will help to improve the health of Black Mississippians.
