Tyler Christesen

Tyler is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at the University of Virginia with two decades of experience working across state and federal government agencies, international manufacturing, higher education, and health care. He guides leaders to build better teams through thoughtful, purposeful leadership, and has developed programs and interventions that support employee engagement, culture, and organizational talent development across the United States as well as in Germany, Poland, Turkey, and Singapore. In addition to his Consultant role, Tyler is an Instructor with the UVA School of Continuing and Professional Studies and a Partner with the Congressional Excellence Program within the US House of Representatives.  Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in German Language from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change Management from Pepperdine University.
