Jordan Hardy

Jordan Hardy serves as a Learning and Development Specialist for Henrico County in Organizational Learning and Talent Development (OLTD), a division of Human Resources. He focuses on Diversity and Inclusion efforts, communication training and coordinates the OLTD media efforts, including their YouTube channel with over 40,000 views and the OLTD Learning HUB, a site of curated content for all employees to learn on demand. Jordan loves exploring new ways of reaching learners and empowering them to be their best selves
