Jasen Eige is Vice President and General Counsel at The United Company and is a member of the board of directors. Prior to that Jasen was a Partner and Senior Vice President at McGuireWoods, LLP and McGuireWoods Consulting. Jasen previously served in several leadership roles in Virginia state government including the Virginia Attorney General’s Office, and in Governor McDonnell’s Cabinet as Counselor to the Governor and Policy Director. Before his government service, Jasen clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Glen Williams of the Western District of Virginia.
In addition to serving on the Sorenson Advisory Board, Jasen serves on the boards of the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP), King University, and the Bristol Chamber of Commerce. Jasen lives in Bristol, Virginia with his wife, Christy and son, Jake.
