Allie Cognata

Allie graduated from Virginia Tech in 2023 with a major in Human Development and a minor in Psychology and Disability Studies. She has experience working in a variety of settings with children (e.g., camps and schools) and interned with the Virginia Transportation Research Council, where she worked on research projects directly and provided administrative support. She also has experience serving her community.

Allie assists the Cooper Center Executive Director with administrative duties, including managing his calendar, coordinating events and overseeing special projects. She also assists in managing contracts and grants for the Center.
