This survey is an opportunity for residents to offer their thoughts and opinions and help guide James City County as it implements its 2045 Comprehensive Plan and Strategic Plan. To help the County stay mindful of residents’ opinions on priorities and issues related to future plans, the James City County Board of Supervisors has asked the University of Virginia’s Center for Survey Research to help with this survey of County residents.
