2024 Charlottesville Employee Survey

Welcome to the 2024 Charlottesville Employee Survey. This survey is anonymous -- there is no way to link your responses to your contact information. To take the survey, use either the My Computer or Shared Computer buttons below.

Image	Click the "My Computer" button if you are working on a device that is not shared with others. This version of the survey will let you stop and come back later, and it will pick up at the point where you left off.
Image	Click the "Shared Computer" button if you are working on a computer that others might also use. You must finish the survey all in one sitting - it will not remember where you left off if you stop in the middle.
Image	Click "Opt Out" to fill out the opt-out form to stop receiving reminders about the survey. If you don't opt out, you will still receive reminder emails. The survey is anonymous, so we have no way of knowing if you completed the survey unless you let us know. Your responses to the survey are in no way linked to the opt out form.
