Warner and before his federal service worked as Executive Director of the Virginia High-Tech Partnership (VHTP). Scott is currently a Trustee at New Bethel Baptist Church; Board Member, Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce; Board Member, Northern Virginia Community College Education Foundation; former Class President &Trustee, University of Virginia Class of 1993; Board Member, NOVA Parks; Board Member, Virginia Lottery; Board Member, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce; Founder and President, Capital Investment Club; and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
