Jim Cheng supports technology startups and entrepreneurs and advises companies on economic development issues and on investing in the U.S. He has over 25 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur, angel investor, private capital investor, business leader and senior state government executive. From 2010 to 2014, Jim served as Virginia's Secretary of Commerce and Trade.
