The Cooper Center for Public Service Richmond Office is the operational home of the Virginia Institute of Government and Local Government Attorney's Association. 

Locate a few blocks from the Capitol, the Richmond Office is centrally located and hosts numerous meetings Center, University, local and state government officials.
