Payment & Cancellation Information

Payment Policy
Conference Registration & Payment Deadline: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7
The LGA requires that all conference registration fees be paid in advance of the registration deadline. A check, credit card charge or valid purchase order indicating that a check is forthcoming will be accepted as advance payment.
A $50 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MARCH 7.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted on the day of the conference and will be considered late registrations.

Event Registration Deadline: THURSDAY, MARCH 22
The LGA requires that all conference event registration fees be paid in advance of the registration deadline. A check, credit card charge or valid purchase order indicating that a check is forthcoming will be accepted as advance payment.
A $20 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO EVENT REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MARACH 22.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted on the day of the conference and will be considered late registrations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadline: THURSDAY, MARCH 15
Cancellation of conference registration must be received in writing, by either fax or email. The written cancellation notice must be received by LGA two (2) weeks before the conference (March 15) for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. After March 15, registrants wishing to cancel will not be refunded for the meal portion and will also be assessed a $25 processing fee. Upon written request, a no-show will be refunded the conference fee, less the actual out-of-pocket expenses of LGA, including meal and event costs, plus a $25 processing fee.

Billing Fee
Any outstanding conference fees that must be billed after the conference will have a $10 billing fee added to the total owed.

Substitutions & Walk-ins
A conference registrant may send a substitute to the conference if the original registrant is not able to attend. Another person may be substituted at any time up to and including the actual conference date. Walk-in registrations will be accepted on the day of the conference and will be considered late registrations.
