Individuals may also make reservations by calling 1-888-421-1442, and referring to the group and meeting name, UVA–Weldon Cooper Center, to receive the $209 (plus 9.5%tax) single/double occupancy room rate.

The Hyatt Regency Reston must receive your reservation on or before Wednesday, April 7. The hotel has blocked a limited number of rooms for this conference. Reservations received after April 7, or after the room block is filled, will be accepted on a space-available basis only. The group rate may not be available and higher rates may apply.

Reservation Guarantee
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellations
You may cancel your lodging reservation 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 p.m.

Parking
Self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is $12 daily, or $24 overnight.
