LODGING INFORMATION

Lodging Registration Deadline: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

Reservations are to be made by the individual directly with The Hotel Roanoke. Please call 540/985-5900 or toll free at 866-594-4722 (between the hours of 8:00am–5:30pm Monday through Friday). Ask for the LGA Fall 2010 Conference room block in order to receive the LGA group rate of $129.00 single/double occupancy (plus tax) and to ensure that the LGA room block is credited for your reservation.

The Hotel Roanoke has blocked a limited number of rooms at the $129 rate for this conference. Reservations received after September 27, or after the room block is filled,will be accepted on a space-available basis only. The group rate may not be available andhigher rates may apply.

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or first night’s deposit.

Cancellations
Should it be necessary to cancel a guest room that has been guaranteed, please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the hotel does not receive notice 24 hours prior to a “no-show,” a charge (equal to one night’s rate plus applicable taxes) will be assessed and the reservation will be cancelled.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. Requests for early check-in or check-out will be honored on a space available basis only.

Parking
Overnight hotel guest self-parking is $7.00; daily self-parking is $1.00–$6.00; valet parking is $12.00.
