ATTENTION CONFEREES: In the event that the room block at the Williamsburg Lodge fills, we will be keeping a waiting list. Please contact Leisa Steele by phone or email if you need a room, or before canceling a room you no longer need. Once you cancel a reservation it cannot be restored to the LGA room block. However, if you notify Leisa she can have the reservation transferred to someone on the waiting list. Rooms will be reassigned on a first come, first-served basis. Lodging Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 7
Reservations are to be made by the individual directly with the Williamsburg Lodge.

LGA has reserved a limited number of the following room types.
Room Type   Rate (Does not include tax)
Superior      $129 (one queen bed)
Deluxe         $149 (one king or two queen beds)
Main Suite    $189 (parlor with sofa bed, separate bedroom with one queen bed)
The Lodge has extended these rates to apply three days before and after the dates of the conference, subject to availability.

For Call-in Reservations
Attendees may call 800/261-9530 between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Use the Booking ID 13256 when making your reservation by phone.

For Online Reservations
Attendees may make, change or modify reservations through the hotel's on-line PASSKEY system.

Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations must be accompanied by a one-night's deposit for room and tax. Any reservation request made after March 7, may be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.
Cancellations
Individual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by the Lodge by 5pm, at least three business days prior to reserved date of arrival.

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has extended a 10% discount on all spa services booked for conferees of LGA, March 28 through March 31. Advance reservations are preferred to ensure availability (800-688-6479).

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am.

Complimentary self-parking.
