Handout Information-The majority of handouts will be posted by Tuesday, March 20. However, since some speakers may be late turning in their handouts, late handouts will be posted as they are received, up to the Tuesday prior to the conference, March 27.

LGA Conference Handouts-Policy

Members
You now have several options for obtaining and/or viewing conference handouts.

1. Prior to the conference, you may download handouts from the LGA website. (Handouts submitted to us by Tuesday, March 27, will be available on the website.)

Note: To view and/or download handouts, go to www.lgava.org, enter the Members Section of the website, click on the "Conference Handouts" button in the left-hand navigation bar, select the appropriate event from the drop-down menu, and then click on the desired handout link.

2. During the conference, you may download handouts onto your personal computer from a USB flash drive. Several flash drives containing electronic copies of the handouts will be available at or near the registration desk. These flash drives will include all handouts submitted to us by Tuesday, March 27.
Speakers who did not submit their handouts by March 27, will bring one USB flash drive containing an electronic copy for shared downloading at the conference, and will also bring hard copies of their handouts for distribution.

3. You may purchase a hard-copy set of handouts for a fee of $20.00 by checking this option on your registration form or on the online registration page. Only those handouts submitted to us by March 20 will be included in the hard-copy set. However, speakers who did not submit a handout by March 20 will bring hard copies of their handouts for distribution.

4. You can access the handouts from the LGA website during the conference. All the meeting rooms will have free WiFi and a sufficient number of electrical outlets.

Non-Members
Non-members do not have access to handouts online. Instead, you will receive your handouts, at no charge, when you check in at the LGA conference registration desk.
