Roger C. Wiley, of Hefty & Wiley PC, and Phyllis C. Katz, of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller PC, have been selected as Virginia Law Foundation Fellows. Roger and Phyllis will be part of the Class of 2009 and will be inducted at a ceremony to be held at the January 2009 meeting of the Virginia Bar Association in Williamsburg. Including Roger and Phyllis, there are now approximately 20 active and associate LGA members who are VLF Fellows.
Sharon E. Pandak, of Greehan, Taves, Pandak & Stoner PLLC, was recently appointed Acting County Attorney for Orange County. The vacancy was created when Todd Patrick left the position to become the new Waynesboro City Attorney.
