SEI Scholarships
The Chuck Church VLGMA Scholarship
The Virginia Local Government Management Association (VLGMA) sponsors up to three scholarships to the Senior Executive Institute (SEI). Each scholarship covers one third of the SEI tuition.
Criteria for selection include financial need, level of leadership responsibility, and contribution to VLGMA. Candidates must be members of VLGMA to qualify for the scholarship. A decision will be made during the first three weeks of May.
The deadline for applying for the scholarship and to SEI is June 1. A letter expressing a desire for consideration for the scholarship along with the completed application form to the Senior Executive Institute should be sent to

The Michigan Managers Association, Indiana Managers Association, and North Carolina Managers Association also offer scholarships to SEI. Please contact these associations directly for more information.
