Harlow Awarded 2011 VLGMA Heroine of the Year

Molly Harlow, Leadership Development staffer for the Weldon Cooper Center, was awarded the 2011 Heroine of the Year Award from Virgina Local Government Management Association. The VLGMA President selected Molly to honor her contributions to the association and local government profession. Molly is the first woman to receive the award since it's inception in 2007.
