Consultation
The Institute handles member requests for group facilitation for councils, boards, and lead staff in the following areas:
* team building,
* goal setting, and
* strategic planning
The Institute finds the right consultant for the job and manages all financial arrangements between the locality and the consultant. Local governments can obtain professional services without spending time and effort on complicated searches, proposal reviews, and negotiations.
The Institute also offers confidential professional counsel on sensitive issues confronting individual officials or jurisdictions.
