Relate 2000 census tracts to 1990 census tracts
2000 Census tracts are not the same as those used in 1990. The Census Bureau published information about how tracts were changed over the decade. Ken Studer at the Va Dept of Health converted it into a usable Excel file, and gave it to us to post for everyone to use. We appreciate his hard work. You can see the original file and more information about it on the Census Bureau's Guide to Tract Resources site.
