A member of the Center for Survey Research’s full-time staff, Mr. Holmes is the Survey Operations Manager and Acting Senior Research Analyst.  He is charged with overseeing the programming, fielding and management of the production phase of CSR's telephone, website and mail surveys.  He also provides technical and software support for the Center's Windows-based computers and servers. He has an M.A. in Political Science.
