Results released for UVA Faculty Survey 2012

On Monday, December 3, 2012, the UVa Faculty Senate released the results of its Survey of the Faculty, conducted by the UVa Center for Survey Research on behalf of the Senate in Spring 2012.  The study was funded by the Office of the UVa President.  The questionnaire asked faculty for their overall satisfaction with UVa, ratings of various aspects of their work environment, and also asked detailed questions about time they devote to their various work tasks.The Center for Survey Research assisted with the design of the study, questionnaire development, collection of the data via a Web-based survey, statistical analysis and preparation of the final report.

The survey data collection took place in late Spring 2012 and was completed before
the events of June 2012, when University President Teresa Sullivan resigned and
was then reinstated as President, two weeks later.)
