The New Civic Leaders Program begins its third class with an opening Reception at 6:00 p.m. at the Virginia Museum of Natural History in Martinsville. The NCLP Class of 2010 begins its work on Modules 1 and 2.
Open only to members of the 2010 New Civic Leaders Program and invited guests.
